We needed a new customer service
manager since Tanya left for NC. Carman asked to do the job and really
worked hard to be considered. Her dedication and hard work has paid off,
and she is taking the position to new heights! Starting in the most challenging
of times with the season heating up, she has not let us down once. I expected
a much longer period to get to “par” but she is already above
that and is exploring new ground in her position. She already knew about
what it is like to work at Jackson Kayak, since her husband, John, is
our Chief Operations Officer. That is a true measure of what kind of company
you build. When your employee’s friends and family want to work
there too, you have something good going on!
