Day 2 of driving to Reno (800 miles today) by Will Richardson | May 7, 2005 | Whitewater | 0 comments May 7, 2005 Photos We woke up this morning a little later than yesterday because we went to bed late. I actually can’t remember what state we slept in yesterday and don’t feel like busting out a map right now. I know what state we are in right now, Wyoming. There is snow outside, and high winds, making the driving tough. In fact, the wind blew hard all day and the air got thin, slowing the RV down a lot. This is fine since driving over 55 is crazy with the way the thing blows around. We crossed Kansas today, then into Colorado to Denver, and then up to Wyoming and across on 80. Reno is on 80 and is about 800 miles from here. Oh yea, we slept in Missouri in between St. Louis and Kansas City last night. Now we are at exit 209, meaning 209 more miles to the next state, Utah. Across Utah into Nevada and there we’ll be tomorrow night about this time. 10:15 pm. Good night. 🙂 EJ Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
