Learn how to BOW STALL by doing exercises in the video!

What is it?

Ability to hold your boat vertical for at least 3 seconds. It shows control, balance and is a very fun thing to do. Also it is prerequisite for flatwater loop and later on macho move.

Step by Step

  1. Paddling forward do a double pump.
  2. When your boat is about to get vertical, put second blade in and straighten your back.
  3. Push your paddle away from the boat for better support.
  4. Come back to the basic position by leaning back slightly and releasing your paddle from the water.
