Learn to ENTRY MCNASTY by doing exercises in the video!

What is it?

Coming from a McNasty, we read a definition: At least 150° horizontal angle rotation or half a barrel roll flowing into a front loop or Space Godzilla. It is a way to use the whitewater to help you get on your bow and make a big entry aerial loop as an entry move. If the move is aerial then it usually gets scored Entry 3 in ICF competitions. Additionally since rule change you can also score an air bonus to it.

Step by Step

  1. Set up perpendicular to the seam line.
  2. Just before the foam pile, do a cross bow pull to bring the boat vertical.
  3. Once hit by a whitewater, pull on the blade and perform motion like for Phonics Monkey, looking upstream and launching the loop
