It all start with a little trout fishing with Dad in Stoney Creek Tennessee.  From there we graduated to John boats in ponds in Maine and eventually to bass boats on the Potomac River.  When Dad retired and moved south I had to find a way back to the water which led me to kayak fishing and this great community.

I started Kayak fishing in 2013 and later that year discovered Mid-Atlantic Kayak Bass Fishing.  The tournament scene was a lot of fun and the group of anglers was amazing and I was hooked right away.  I competed more years than not and have been a director of the series since 2015.  With the local series and picking up events on the national stage I have fished everything from small rivers to massive lakes like Kentucky Lake, there is no water that is off limits.

The competition gets the blood flowing and makes you work to get better and helps with dealing with all kinds of unpredictable situations, but nothing is better than spending time on the water with family and friends.  I look forward to seeing you on the water!
